Administrators can now allow users to follow all channels that are surfaced within a specific widget. For example, users can now follow all blog channels surfaced in the Blog Articles widget on your Newsroom homepage. This feature is available for the Forum Topics, Blog Articles, Calendar Events, Microblog Posts, and Recent Activity widgets.

To improve management of a user's subscription frequency, the Subscription page has been improved to allow users to unsubscribe through the page. Unsubscribing from content will also remove the subscription from the subscriptions list.

Our Search platform has been improved with Recommended Results, which allows Site Admins to associate content in their digital workplace with multiple individual keywords. If a user executes a search that contains one of those words, the associated content will appear at the top of the search results page. For example, if your Finance team wants all permissioned users to see the latest quarterly budget, they could associate the keywords "quarterly", "budget", and "finance" to the document.

Great job on this!
Thanks for a great update Igloo! I'm taking a note from your team and hosting a "user insight" Zoom call with my primary creators to get their thoughts on new recommended results; phrases and key terms they search for most.
That is fantastic Chelsey Louzeiro. What you are doing is part of the best practice for setting up recommended results.
At Igloo, we are meeting with every leader and asking them for their top 10 pages/assets in our digital workplace and we will be adding them to our Recommended Results list.
This list will then be reviewed on a quarterly basis and leaders will also be able to request new recommended results on an ad hoc basis using an online request forum.
That's a wonderful way to go about it! Thanks for the tip!
