June Release is Live
Our June release has arrived in your Digital Workplace. Here is what you can now explore:
Widget Enhancements
Several updates included in this release focus on increasing visual configuration and the utility of widgets in your digital workplace.
Blog Articles widget
A new layout functionality has arrived for blogs. When the beside image positioning is selected, there will be the option to alternate images with each blog. Blog articles can also be accessed by clicking on the image displayed. Overall this should help drive engagement with a more visual and intuitive layout.
Links widgetSeveral visual styles are now available for use, making it even easier to configure visually compelling navigation experiences and drive greater engagement with critical content. Some of the configuration styles available for use include:

Search Box, and Add Button widgetsBoth the search widget and the add button widget can have personalized custom hint text. Simply select and enter your custom text under the options section. |   |
Multi-Service Search (MSS)
With this release, MSS will be able to surface people results from your SharePoint Online instance. This means you'll now have the same toggle functionality between people and content that you've experienced on the Igloo tab.Read the Multi-Service Search Widget knowledge base article
Bookmarks Sort Functionality
Users will now be able to sort their personal bookmarks by name, date added, or by a custom sort order. This will help individuals organize a large number of bookmarks to quickly find what they need. Some users may be unable to edit or delete existing bookmarks. This will be resolved with the following release.

Planned Removal of Briefcase
As explained in our May release post, Briefcase is being fully removed from the platform in our June 27th release. Please ensure you relocate any important files before this date.

I have noticed a bug with the new Bookmarks functionality though - the sort button isn't responding when clicked on. I've tested in the latest version of Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge.
Also, the Bookmarks pane is very big and doesn't resize to the number of bookmarks, so if you only have a few, the pane has a large white space taking up the screen.

Great, thanks Ryan Stevens. I've also noticed after clicking on the 'Edit' button of the Workplace bookmarks, the Cancel button doesn't work.
