A completely re-imagined customer care destination to support customers in their use of Igloo’s digital workplace solutions
Igloo Customer Care was created to provide you with access to the knowledge, tools, support, and community conversations you need to drive digital transformation across your organization. Our completely revamped site and approach to supporting our customers will continue to evolve and grow along with your evolving and growing needs. In this new iteration of Customer Care, we’ve made a complete overhaul across the board, with several notable highlights:
- Our industry-leading guide for digital transformation, Playbook, receives a complete refresh, delivering more articles, best practices, resources, tips, and more all aligned to Igloo's proven implementation framework.
- There’s an all-new Product Zone, where you can share your product ideas to help shape the Igloo platform, explore roadmaps across our core product pillars, and dive into the past, present, or upcoming release information.
- The Support Knowledge Base has improved navigation, along with search and filtering functionality, to help you quickly find the answers you need to quickly solve your questions.
- There’s a new Subscription Center where members of Customer Care can view and change their subscriptions. As well, members will be notified of key content and resources including Product News, Thought Leadership and Tips & Tricks.
We’ll soon have Improved Customer Rooms for you to collaborate with Igloo experts in a private setting to plan and implement new solutions, coordinate launch planning, develop engagement strategies, share status updates, and more.
