As of June 1, 2021, your Igloo digital workplace will no longer support Internet Explorer – a result of Microsoft’s announcement that they will cease support of the browser by August 17, 2021. Organizations are being encouraged to switch to Microsoft’s new Chromium-based Microsoft Edge or any other Igloo-supported browser.
This transition marks a positive change, aligning with Igloo’s mission of providing best-in-class solutions. A modern browser offers added security and functionality, allowing web apps such as Igloo to innovate efficiently and effectively.
If your organization is among those currently using Internet Explorer to navigate your digital workplace, we are alerting you now to ensure a seamless transition ahead of June 1. It is our goal to make this process easy, efficient, and smooth.
Customers who would like assistance with the Microsoft Edge transition can utilize Microsoft’s FastTrack at no additional charge for customers with 150 or more paid seats of Windows 10 Enterprise. To begin, simply submit a Request for Assistance through the FastTrack website.
