As organizations transition to remote work and enact their business continuity plans, Igloo is in a unique position to help our customers, and organizations globally, prepare and communicate with their employees. The Communication and Incident Planning Zone solution was on our roadmap to deliver in the coming months. However, given the current environment, we accelerated development as the current situation is exactly what this solution was designed for.
I'm a Customer, how do I turn it on?
This solution has been deployed to all multi-tenant customers. Access this solution via the control panel like any other solution. All single tenant customers can request the deployment by contacting their Customer Success Manager.
