Our March update is now live. Get caught up on all things mobile and take advantage of some new features, from the automatic resizing of images to more detailed insights into who's viewed a specific piece of content.
When it comes to engagement, content is king. But a picture is really worth a thousand words. With this update, we wanted to continue to make it easier to share images, while mitigating potential challenges around load times.
Now, when sharing an image from a mobile device or via the web, users no longer have to worry about reducing the size or rotating it for appearance. Upon upload, Igloo will automatically resize and rotate your images.
We also wanted to provide deeper insight into the individuals who are viewing content. Knowing who is taking what action on which content in your Igloo can be critical in helping you better understand engagement, while also helping to fulfill requirements such as compliance.
The Activity area tracks interactions with content. You can sort and filter this data to determine who has done what with a specific piece of content. And with the latest update, we now include detailed information on views. You can show data for one month, three months, and six months, and apply filters for specific activity types.
