Igloo responds to growing need for foundational digital workplace theory combined with hands-on product training to help global organizations get more from their digital workplace
Kitchener-Waterloo, ON April 9, 2019— Igloo Software, the leading provider of digital workplace solutions, announced today it is launching Igloo University, a digital workplace education program that will provide its customers with comprehensive courses, resources, and videos to support their digital transformation initiatives and further their knowledge of their digital workplace platform.
Igloo University moves beyond just product training to provide a structured learning curriculum designed by seasoned educators to meet the learning needs of all roles supporting the growth and adoption of the digital workplace. Igloo University’s growing course catalog covers Digital Workplace Management, Analytics, Governance, Integrations, Solution Management, Content Creation Strategies and more. Courses are delivered through a combination of online and in-person sessions, in both private and semi-private formats. Access to Igloo University is included as part of Igloo Customer Support with the option of an annual subscription for organizations that need expanded access to courses for more users.
