Links within a document
How do I get document links to work in documents while displayed in the document previewer? I thought this was a previous functionality, but document links in uploaded documents are not opening the content in the browser. Thanks for your assistance!

Hi April Morris - I did some digging on this and can confirm that IGLOO-17812 has been raised as an issue with our Development team. The workaround for the time being is that users will have to download the document to access the links within. Please let me know if you have any further questions on this issue. We don't consider the matter closed, but the support process has moved it to the next stage. You can receive updates on defects and features by following our product news blog.
Thanks for your research on this Brad Rooke. I'll let my users know about the workaround.

Brad Rooke Any updates on resolution for this issue?

If it's a PDF, you can also open it directly in Chrome browser by copying the download link, pasting in a new tab, then replace ?attachment=1 to ?attachment=0 in the URL, then press Enter.
Thank you Brett, This does work. I wish I could instruct our 500 remote sales people to do this every time but they would be very confused. Having to download the document is also not good for us because we frequently update the content and run the risk of our sales people using an outdated version that they downloaded on their computers. The hyperlink issue has been a problem for several months and is a big pain point. I don't know why it is not seen as a priority for Igloo. I am sure we are not the only company who uses documents with hyperlinks.
Devon Benson This is a work-around that I've done to change the viewer on a per-document basis.
If you paste this code in the Document's Adavanced - Javascript window, it changes the default viewer. Just change the pdfheight px as required.

Credit to Benjamin Kahn for the code in the comments here.
This same question can up today for Holman. Is there a timeline for when this will be corrected?
