Getting Employees to Fill in Profile
We launched our digital workplace, The Cube, a few months ago. While we have been receiving positive feedback and engagement overall, we are noticing our employees are not filling out their profiles (i.e. photos or details). We launched with a scavenger hunt game that required profiles to be completed in order to be considered for a prize. This accomplished getting about 175 employees to complete their profiles. A few more trickle in as we progress through the year, but I am looking for a solution that could help us engage the rest of our employees into completing their profiles.
We are unable to link our ADP system to our site, as it is not updated.

This is a great thread to follow as an added resource to our Engagement/ Profile Completion discussions.
I remember talking to someone with the same issue and her fix was to add a really unflattering profile pic to everyone who hadn't built their's out (I think it was a donkey). She said that encouraged folks to go in and add their pic and they had to fill out a few other fields in order to save the changes. More of a stick than a carrot, but in a fun way.

In reference to the profile completion campaign above, I saw in the article there's a "profile completion" widget, how did they create this or how can we mimic the same idea?

That widget is a pretty fantastic Igloo enhancement and is definitely something to chat with your CSM about.
