Gathering firm wide feedback
We have been live for just over 8 months and have been focused on laying the foundation, creating content and integrating our site into our culture. We are now ready for the next phase - ensuring the site is meeting user's needs, successfully connecting smaller offices and employees worldwide and positively affecting employee engagement. We plan to go to team meetings to gain feedback on what this next phase should entail. Does anyone have any tips/tricks for gathering feedback, questions they found effective or other tactics they used to help drive the feedback gathering process? Thanks!
