Feedback Campaign
We launched our intranet platform one year ago and we are looking to design a survey that will enable us to gather feedback from our employees (end users) on the platform and gauge their level of engagement. This way we can strategically plan based on the responses any improvements to the site.
I am hoping that if you have done something similar within your organization you could share some tips on maybe what to ask or what not to ask and share what has worked for you in improving engagement levels.

1 Conclusion
We purchased the Evolve package from Igloo to help us redesign our community. We have been customers of Igloo since 2016 so we were in desperate need for a full face lift. We worked with Brad closely on a survey questions and options based on data provided as an Insights Customer. We posted the survey link in our community and we also emailed it out to key stakeholders - to be sure we got a variety of responses. We reviewed the results with our Evolve package team and used them to drive some of the changes we made to our community homepage. What we used for our survey is attached.
