Wanted to explore a topic that's near and dear to me. For those that I haven't met, I came to Igloo as a consultant having formerly worked in the Security and Incident Management Industry, first as a responder on the front lines then moving into management and consulting. I was also fortunate to have used Igloo in my consulting employment and found our digital workplace very helpful. One of the key challenges facing any security organization can be the establishment of that single source of truth - often in a mission critical environment. If something happens, where do I find the most recent resources, where are the SOPs (Standard Operating procedures), contact information? What are the latest updates or things to be aware of (Be On the Lookouts, Post Orders)? 

Most Security and Emergency Management groups are still going through digital transformation, moving those SOPs to digital, universally accessible knowledge bases, and many are behind the curve, often keeping documentation in paper format and only accessible within the physical workspace. Recently having the opportunity to review many customer sites for COVID-19 usage I have come across some excellent use cases for Security and Emergency Management divisions using Igloo as a resource. 

So, my questions are;

1. For those of you who have a Security business unit - cyber/corporate/investigations - does that business unit have a presence in your Igloo?
2. For those that answered yes above, care to share any stories? Big wins, lessons learned?
3. For those that answered no - but have a Security business unit - do you see the potential in bringing Security on board? Why or why not? Would you introduce me to them?
