Does anyone do regular content audits?
Does anyone do regular content audits to ensure adherence to your editorial style guidelines? If so, I'd love to know about your process and what % of content you review?

Hi Jennifer Prestigiacomo, Here is our Best Practice around Content Audits for a start.
The good news? In the very near future, Igloo will be releasing a new Content Strategy Handbook in the Playbook and it's extremely robust. I will reconnect regarding timing as soon as I hear.
Thanks Diana May!
Each page of our site is assigned to a Corporate Communications team member. Each quarter, we do a quick review of our pages for content updates. We just hit our one-year mark of our Igloo site, and I did a complete review of the site as a whole to catch inconsistencies, places where we should be linking to other content, duplication, etc. It was not as time consuming as I expected. We have 5 people on our team who are assigned pages, so that divides up the quarterly review. We have a style guide in place and send every new piece of content for proofing through our team, so most things get caught at that time.
Jennifer Prestigiacomo check out the latest Thought Leadership post which focuses on content strategy and links to our new Content Strategy Handbook.
