Create a glossary?
Hi folks,
Has anyone tried to create a glossary? The Wiki Index widget won't work for what I'm wanting to accomplish, so I'm thinking that the HTML Content widget is probably my best bet. Could you suggest some tools that are compatible with Igloo so I can create and embed a glossary in an Igloo site?
Thank ye much.
K.Jani.

I don't know any tips unfortunately, but I love this idea and think it could be a great resource!
Could you say more about what you're wanting to accomplish? We use the wiki index feature for our organizational dictionary and it works great! Curious what needs you have that can't be met by that feature.
We use HTML code in wiki articles are create a table of contents at the top. We have our glossary in an article and use the ToC code to make it easier to use. We also use ToC for a lot of longer wiki articles and FAQ articles.
Oh okay. We have a single wiki entry per term, so the wiki index widget allows folx to navigate terms A to Z AND when folx search for a term or acronym, we can optimize to make the dictionary entry one of the first that pops up. I might recommend this route if you want individual terms to be searchable across the platform. We still use a ToC for things like employment policies that have to be in a single doc for legal reasons, but have found our users much prefer topics to be separated out into a set of accordion style widges rather than a ToC. We do the same for our FAQs (question is the title of the accordion, answer in the dropdown).
