Archived Wiki Articles - still accessible in Wiki channel?
Hi,
It wasn't clear in the Archiving KB if archived content types (eg. Wiki articles, Blogs, calendar events, etc) are hidden from those channels/indexes aside from default search. Our global archive policy is currently turned off as we're still working through migration.
Can someone confirm what the experience for the end-user is like when they navigate to a Channel or Wiki Index? Will they see the archived content in the listing?

Hi Angela,
Great question. Archived content is still visible to members at the channel level, and in widgets configured to the content. The archive icon will show next to the article.
Archiving a piece of content removes it from Search so it doesn’t pop up in results.

Brigid Towler Thanks for confirming. Is it possible to send me a screenshot of the archive icon from the channel and widget view?
I know on the content page itself there is a yellow bar that indicates that it's been archived.
Angela Kwok, you got it! Point of clarification, the Wiki Index widget provides the option to show the archived content rather than the icon.

The yellow bar is on the article, but if the wiki article is displaying through the Wiki Article widget it isn't marked as archived.
