Course Description: 

This one hour webinar is designed to give customers insight into the Evolve stage of their digital transformation journey. Topics include the importance of measuring the success of your Digital Workplace,  as well as the importance of regularly reviewing your Digital Workplace goals, site structure, governance and visual design. 

The webinar also introduces the four Evolve Packages that  Igloo offers our customers to help them expand and evolve their Digital Workplace.

Upon completing the webinar program participants will be able to:

• Explain the importance of refreshing your Digital Workplace regularly.
• Recognize when you have achieved your current Digital Workplace goals.
• Define the role of the governance team in expanding  and evolving your Digital Workplace
• Illustrate the benefits of periodically reviewing the goals for your Digital Workplace.
• Describe the importance of evolving your site configuration. 
• List the reasons why gathering data on the user experience helps determine how to improve your Digital Workplace.
• Recognize the resources that are available to assist you as you continuously evolve and expand your Digital Workplace.
